Little Diet

Some of us want to lose wight Badly ! You don't know what to do...Don't have time for workouts? Don't want to take medication to lose weight? Can't resist food and follow a diet because their nasty ? Well, there is an easier way... It obviously doesn't work as fast as workouts would, but the thing is, this is good for your health and helps you lose weight... it's yummy, and easy to do !Okay I know most of us hate green stuff , salads and etc, but this stuff sure is good, and fast to make for those who are in a rush and don't have much time.I'm going to show you guys 2 sorts of salads, there are a lot more out there, but I'm just introducing. Then you could make one with your taste. If you do this continuously, It will make a big change.
Skip some meat for Dinner or even lunch !

Salad 1 - Fruit Salad
You will need :
An apple, Grapes, Raspberry , 2 Bananas,Pecans , Yogurt or Grapefruit/Orange Juice, Dates(optional)

Cut the Apple in little peaces, Grapes in two half, Bananas in little round peaces, pour the raspberry, and now the sauce ... You can add yogurt... mix it all up.. OR, You can also get the juice out of and orange or grapefruit, even better, Both, pour and mix :)


Salad 2 - Chicken Salad
You Will Need :
Chicken ( breast, wings or else, Whichever), Lettuce, Panzanella, Tomatoes, coleslaw and Any Salad Sauce you desire :) ( I prefer/suggest coleslaw salad sauce
)

Cut your cooked chicken in to pieces, medium size. Then slice the lettuce, spread some panzanella, cut your tomatoes, slice your coleslaw, Mix Mix Mix ! Then add your Sauce. Yummz !
Well I got the Idea of a Chicken salad from McDonalds.
